How do I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. To check the status of your order, log in to your account. Once logged in, you will be able to see the status of your order in the orders section.

What is your return policy?

We will accept unopened and unused items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer returns for international orders or itemss that have been opened or used. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your order confirmation less any applied discounts. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
For any questions or to request a prepaid return label, please contact RMED customer service via email at rmed@goodskinclinics.com We will be happy to return your correspondence via email within 2 business days.

How do you ship and what is the cost of shipping in the US?

We ship via UPS Ground. Shipping is free.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

What is sales tax cost?

Currently our sales tax is 7.75% across the board. We ship from California.

Is shipping from your site secure?

Yes, but please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” However, we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected.

Returns / Exchanges Restrictions

Only items purchased through rmedskincare.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. Items purchased from a store location, another online retailer, items that are final sale, opened, or used, will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. We are happy to exchange an eligible item for another item of equal or lesser value.

Damaged Shipments

If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement. Replacements will not be sent after 30 days.

Reshipment Requests / Missing Orders

If tracking for your order shows that it has been delivered but you have not yet received it please allow 3 business days before contacting us in case the carrier has marked delivery before its actual arrival. Similarly, if the tracking provided shows no update please allow 3 business days before contacting us as sometimes carrier system updates are delayed.

If you never receive your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will coordinate a reshipment for you. Reshipments will not be offered after 30 days.

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes all of our products are made with vegan ingredients and are cruelty free.

Are your products gluten free?

Many of our products are formulated without gluten derivatives however we recommend examining the ingredient list or reaching out to our Customer Care Team for further clarification on which products specifically meet these requirements.

Are your formulas safe for sensitive skins?

We use gentle formulas that are generally safe for most skin types. However, if you have, or have had, a history of skin conditions or allergies, we recommend consulting a health professional before using a new product. If you see redness or experience any pain or discomfort while using the product, we recommend removing the product and consulting a physician.

Are your formulas fragrance free?

All formulas are made without any perfumes or fragrances.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

All our products are non-toxic and clean, but you should always consult with your doctor before trying new products.

When will my product expire?

All cosmetic products have been tested and shown to be stable for at least 2 yrs. In the rare cases where a product’s shelf-life is less than 2 yerars, RMED will provide a date on the package .

For products which do not have an expiration. RMED specifies a "period after opening” (PAO) which is represented by the number of months that the product is suitable for use after it's open. Once the PAO has elapsed, it is recommended to discontinue the use of any remaining product.

This number can be found inside the visual of a jar on the bottom of every carton

How can I choose the best product for my concern?

In each product description the key benefits and results are called out. Determine if these align with your skin needs. From there please contact customer service for additional insight and help

Are your products suitable to treat medical conditions?

Each product is inspired by ingredients which have been used on patients at the GOODSKIN clinics. All of the materials used in our our formulas have been proven through safety and clinical testing , however please note that our skincare range is for cosmetic purposes only and you should check with your physician prior to using anything new.

Are your products non-comedogenic?

Our products are made with known non-comedogenic ingredients. However we do not individual test all ingredients and the final formula. At this time we are not able to claim full non-comedogenic on the formulas.

What is the appropriate regimen for my skin?

The suggested general daily regimen is Cleanse, Tone, Serum and Moisturize. Many of the products are used day and night, however, your individual skin concerns may dictate some differences in the AM and PM routine. A regimen is suggested after you have had a consultation with a Skincare Specialist who can determine the perfect system for your skin type and conditions. We recommend the daily use of an SPF.

What products would you suggest for hormonal blemishes and blemish care?

To reduce the appearance of unexpected blemishes we recommend adding Resurface into your routine. Also, Radiance contains amazing skin-supporting ingredients that help keep the appearance of blemishes at bay.

When can I expect to see results?

Depending on the specific concern and condition of the skin, one can expect to see the start of results in weeks while other deeper lying aging issues may take several months in order to notice a remarkable improvement.

Why do I need a serum?

The aging process is multifactorial and must be addressed on several different levels. A serum is a concentrated product that addresses your specific concerns.

How do I get all of the product out of my bottle?

When your serum starts to run out, lightly tap the bottom of your bottle to release any air in the pump tube and then continue to actuate formula. This method should enable you to get 95% of the formula out of the bottle. Our bottles are overfilled so that you are ensured to get 100% of what is claimed on the label

There is product left in the bottle, am I overpaying?

Our products are filled to a cosmetic/ visual fill. The pricing is based on 30ml for consistency. The extra fill is a gift from us to you.

The bottle is somewhat clear will exposure to light decrease efficacy especially of the vitamin C one

The vitamin C we use is Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate which is a more stable version of Vitamin C then L Ascorbic Acid. L Ascorbic Acid when exposed to light degrades faster over time. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate is proven to be x 2 more effective and stable than the LAA. With this said, like all vitamin C it does yellow over time, it does not degrade in potency or effectiveness.

What is EGF?

Our EGF is a Biomemiac lab created version to be most aligned like a human cell. This version is known to be the most communicative with your cells. Other plant based EGF have a higher margin for error in telling your cells to act at their best potential. Oligopeptide 1 is known to awaken the best parts of your cell to help regenerate its best potential.

What are the benefits of EGF and is it safe for your skin?

EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) is a signaling protein naturally found in the skin, aiding in maintaining its health and youthfulness. It is instrumental in the production of collagen, elastin, and maintaining hydration and moisture levels. Which collectively contribute to the skin's smoothness, firmness, and elasticity. However, as we age, these aspects of our skin tend to degrade. Applying products containing EGF 1 to 2 times per day can help diminish the appearance and feel of these aging markers. EGF is generally safe for all skin types, tones, and ages.

Is EGF and growth hormones the same thing?

No. There is a clear difference: Growth factors are thought of as messenger proteins produced and in targeted ways by the cells for repair and rejuvenation. Human growth hormones are produced by the pituitary gland for linear growth (how tall we are) and impact muscle mass and body fat.

Why is EGF important in skincare?

EGF works at a cellular level to retrain the communication of cells to be that of when they were young. As we age the natural production of EGF decreases. As a result, cell turnover and repair slow, eventually affecting our skin's appearance (loss of glow, wrinkles, fine lines etc.). Using EGF in skincare targets these visible signs of aging.

There is some product discolored around the top of the bottle. Does this mean my product is bad?

No not at all. The first runs of the product were hand filled. So some product got stuck around the neck. Bc the formulas are unique we decided to do a bespoke hand fill for the first few months of the launch. This was an unfortunate side effect

Is it natural for my product to yellow over time?

Yes it is very natural for all our serums to yellow overtime. it is a natural oxidation process of our more natural botanical ingredients. This is not a symbol of degradation of the formula it is just a natural color taking effect. The potency of the formulas are the same.
